The preferred travel date must be communicated to Gold Kinen at least 07 (seven) days prior to the journey. Gold Kinen will subsequently confirm the booking through discussions with the relevant parties. While the winners' preferred dates will be given the highest priority, alternative dates may be proposed in case of special requirements.
