  • To avail of this offer, a minimum gold purchase of 500 BDT is required; there is no upper limit on gold purchases.
  • Gold purchases and other transactions can be made on the Gold Kinen app daily from 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
  • Only those who purchase gold through the Gold Kinen app's 'Buy Gold' or 'Auto Gold Save' features will be considered eligible for this campaign.
  • Winners will be determined based on the highest amount of gold purchased (in grams) during the campaign period from February 26, 2026 to March 26, 2026.

Prize Type and Winner Selection:

  • The 5 winners will be selected based on the highest cumulative (total) gold purchase (in grams) during the campaign period.
  • If the total transaction amount of two or more customers is equal, the one who completed the specific transaction amount first (based on the date and time of the last transaction) will be placed higher on the list.
  • A participant can win only once in this campaign.
  • Winners will be contacted within approximately 7 days of the campaign's end via a call from Gold Kinen's official customer service number (09610964653) and through in-app notifications.
  • If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, they may be considered ineligible for the prize. In that case, the next customer with the highest gold purchase will be considered for the reward.
  • Prizes will be handed over to the winners at a designated time and place through a prize-giving ceremony to be announced later. Detailed information regarding this will be provided from Gold Kinen's official customer service number (09610964653).
  • By participating in this campaign, winners consent to the use of their names, photos, and prize-related information for campaign-related promotional purposes.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All campaign benefits must be availed by May 31, 2026.
  • The availability of air tickets and hotel rooms is subject to the booking policies of the respective partner brands. Please note that these benefits cannot be availed on weekends or public holidays.
  • The preferred travel date must be communicated to Gold Kinen at least 07 (seven) days prior to the journey. Gold Kinen will subsequently confirm the booking through discussions with the relevant parties. While the winners' preferred dates will be given the highest priority, alternative dates may be proposed in case of special requirements.
  • Along with the hotel stay, facilities such as breakfast, access to the gym and swimming pool, welcome drinks, and airport pick-up and drop-off will be ensured.
  • Any costs for extended stays beyond the designated package duration, room upgrades, or any meals other than breakfast must be personally borne by the winner.
  • Winners must provide accurate information and a valid National Identity Card (NID) for ticket issuance and hotel booking. There will be no opportunity for name changes once the tickets are issued.
  • Each winner will have the opportunity to bring one (1) travel companion. Detailed information and the NID of the travel companion must be submitted at the time of booking, which will remain unchangeable thereafter.
  • This prize is non-transferable, and there will be no opportunity to claim cash or any alternative benefits in exchange.
  • Gold Kinen employees and their family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
  • Gold Kinen reserves the right to amend or change the rules or terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute or disagreement, Gold Kinen's decision shall be considered final.
  • Differences in the amount of gold on the Gold Kinen app of 1 BDT or less due to decimal conversion and mathematical calculations
  • All transactions must be made exclusively through the Gold Kinen app. Gold purchased via the website will not be considered for this offer.
  • Gold Kinen shall not be held liable for the following:
    • Changes in flight schedules, delays, or cancellations.
    • Any issues related to hotel services and management.
