You can collect your saved gold from the Gold Kinen app via Home Delivery (within Dhaka City Corporation) and Pick-up service all over Bangladesh. Home Delivery: Currently, our home delivery service is operational within Dhaka City Corporation. Your requested gold bars or coins will be delivered to the designated address you provided during checkout on the Gold Kinen app, through fully secured and insured delivery. Pick-up Services: If you wish, you can also self-collect your collected gold from our designated pick-up points spread across the country. Once your gold reaches the selected pick-up point, you will be given a phone call from the pick-up point, within which you can self-collect the gold bars/coins from the designated location within 48 hours.
Customers will be required to show their NID, while receiving delivery. In case of home delivery (within Dhaka City Corporation) customers will be sent an OTP on their registered Gold Kinen number which they will have to provide to the delivery person, to receive their gold.

Gold Kinen ensures all of the customers’ gold requested for collection is delivered via secure channels and personnel. Along with appointing some of the leading Logistics Company of Bangladesh all gold collected by the customers and set for delivery is fully insured by Green Delta Insurance Company, until it reaches the customers’ hands.
For security reasons, the customer is advised to collect his/her withdrawn gold in person. However, if the customer is unable to be present for any reason, he/she can nominate a family member or a trusted person to collect the gold (bars or coins) on his/her behalf.
As all the deliveries are fully insured, for any unfortunate event that the gold gets lost, customer will be refunded after the necessary investigation, given that the event is not due to customer’s negligence.
